1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with gpirya, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our gaming services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These terms apply to all users accessing gpirya from the Republic of the Philippines or any jurisdiction where our services are legally available.

2.2 Jurisdiction

2.3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted only one (1) account with gpirya. Creating multiple accounts, using fraudulent information, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details. 2.4 Account Verification

gpirya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including withdrawal delays or account closure. Verification procedures are implemented to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect against fraud and underage gambling.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

gpirya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from major Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation. You agree that all funds deposited are your own and are not derived from illegal activities. gpirya reserves the right to refuse or return deposits at our discretion.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to two (1-2) hours for GCash transfers and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Before processing withdrawals, gpirya may require account verification and confirmation that wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and verification level.

3.3 Fees and Charges

gpirya does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your payment provider. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by the payment processor and gpirya has no control over such rates.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, gpirya reserves the right to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Accounts engaged in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities. Funds associated with suspected illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

gpirya offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are clearly stated in the promotion details and must be read before claiming any offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires ₱35,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Players are responsible for ensuring stable internet connections and compatible devices. gpirya is not liable for losses resulting from player-side technical issues.

• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain unfair advantage

• Harassing other players, dealers, or support staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage gpirya systems
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions
• Reverse engineering or decompiling gpirya software

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method after verification. Pending bonuses or wagering requirements will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

8.2 gpirya-Initiated Closure

gpirya reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or for business reasons. Upon closure, gpirya will return any legitimate balance to the user after deducting any bonus funds, pending wagering requirements, or amounts owed to gpirya.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gpirya website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the property of gpirya or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use gpirya services for personal entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of gpirya content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gpirya and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of gpirya services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

gpirya is not responsible for losses resulting from player errors, internet connection failures, unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your use of gpirya services is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless gpirya and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of gpirya services, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of gpirya services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

By using gpirya services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
